Summer Special Session

Earn undergraduate credits this coming summer as you begin learning Irish.

Visiting students from the following colleges have registered for undergraduate Irish language courses with us in the summer or winter sessions over the past five years:

Baruch College, Brooklyn College, City College of New York, College of the Holy Cross, Hunter College, Idaho State University, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Iona College, The New School, New York University, Our Lady of the Lake University, Smith College, Queens College, St. John’s University, SUNY Empire State College, Tufts University, and University of Florida.

Lehman College tuition rates are very reasonable. For those wishing to take our hybrid credit course, e-mail irish.studies@lehman.cuny.edu now to express your interest and see further information below.

Courses include Blackboard with sound files and book throughout the week.

IRI 111 – Elementary Irish I (June – 3 credits): – hybrid – Ihde (Ó hÍde). As a hybrid course, there are face-to-face meetings on Mondays & Wednesdays from 12:00 pm to 3:25 pm. Out-of-city students wishing to take the course completely on-line should contact irish.studies@lehman.cuny.edu to discuss other arrangements.
